Crack Dip

1 jar of Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip – no longer at Target, but you can buy it here.
2 – 8 oz. bricks of cream cheese (lowfat is okay, but please do not use the fat free crap). The cream cheese should be left out to soften for at least four hours.
1 – 8 oz. bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
1/2 of a small red onion, finely diced.

Mix together cream cheese and habanero dip until combined. Add shredded cheese and diced onion (be careful because too much red onion will overpower the dip and you can always add more later) and mix again. Refrigerate for at least one hour so the cream cheese can firm up.

Serve with Ritz crackers. You can use other crackers but Ritz taste best with the dip.
